The LASC Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program provides dispute
resolution services to help resolve court cases without going to trial. The Court’s ADR Department
maintains a panel of neutrals who have
met qualifications set by the Court to serve as Mediators, Neutral Evaluators,
Arbitrators and/or Settlement Officers.
