HOURS OF OPERATION
The courthouse is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except court holidays.

PARKING
Two parking lots convenient to this location are
the lot directly behind the building
the lot at the northwest corner of Temple St. and Spring St.
Pay lots are available throughout the downtown area, and a limited number of metered parking spaces are available surrounding the building.
FOOD SERVICES
Cafeteria and snack bars are inside the courthouse.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITES ACT (ADA) ACCOMODATIONS
Ten designated accessible parking spaces are available in the public parking lot adjacent to the south side of the building.
The Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center (formerly known as the Criminal Courts Building) has two accessible entrances:
Temple St. (north) front entrance
First St. (south) back entrance
Access ramps are from the pedestrian walkway (Broadway St. - southwest of the building), from the south adjacent public parking lot and from the Temple St. (front) entrance to the building.
All persons entering the courthouse must pass through a security screening device.
All floors of the courthouse are accessible by elevator.
Wheelchair accessible restrooms are on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th floors.
Accessible public telephones are on the 1st, 2nd and 5th floors.
Food services including the cafeteria and the snack bars are accessible.
